These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yallivo Travel Management Platform (“Yallivo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website, mobile interfaces, and digital APIs. By accessing, signing up for, or using Yallivo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Administration Right to Modify Terms at Any Time
Important Notice: All terms, service definitions, rules, fees, operational procedures, and policies described herein are subject to modification, amendment, update, or discontinuation at any time by the administration of Yallivo at its sole and absolute discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the Yallivo platform following the posting of changes constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms.
Platform Role: Digital Intermediary
Yallivo is a specialized travel management software platform that acts as a digital intermediary between certified travel agencies / tour operators and travelers. Yallivo provides the software infrastructure to organize departures, manage reservations, streamline passenger attendance, and coordinate logistics.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Architecture
By registering an account (as a traveler, tour guide, travel agency administrator, or marketplace partner), or by using our public booking systems, you accept these Terms without limitation. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of Yallivo.
If you access the platform on behalf of a travel agency, business entity, or tour company, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Digital Services (Agencies & Travelers)
Yallivo delivers easy, powerful digital services designed to optimize travel logistics and group trip management:

- Discovering and browsing authentic group expeditions, mountain treks, and weekend escapes across Morocco.
- Direct online seat reservations, booking status tracking, and secure reservation management.
- Interactive itinerary features including meal preference selection (dietary tags, allergies) and gear rental checklists.
- Access to private and single-use unlocked trips via secure encrypted keys.
- Community participation through bus DJ playlists (song upvoting), social feed interactions, and departure notices.
- Mobile-friendly digital boarding passes equipped with single-use QR barcodes for rapid check-in.
🏢 Digital Operations Management for Travel Agencies
- Comprehensive trip creation, multi-day itinerary building, and seat capacity controls.
- Real-time passenger manifest generation and automated export for transport and mountain safety authorities.
- Digital barcode attendance scanner for lightning-fast bus boarding and headcount verification.
- Equipment manifest management, handover tracking, and return checklists.
- Automated customer communication via WhatsApp departure links and email status updates.
- Financial reconciliation, booking payment recording, and operational reports.
🏕️ Marketplace Hub for Local Tourism Providers
- Connecting local guesthouses (Dar Diyafat), equipment rental vendors, and private transport carriers directly with organizing agencies.
- Verification of partner commercial documents, contracts, and safety certifications by Yallivo administrators.
3. Intermediary Role & Limitation of Travel Liability
It is of paramount importance to understand the legal scope of Yallivo’s activities:
Software Intermediary Status: Yallivo operates exclusively as an online technology platform. Yallivo is not a direct travel agency, transport carrier, tour guide, or insurer.
Agency Responsibility: All travel packages, excursions, mountain ascents, vehicle transports, accommodations, meals, and guiding services are provided directly by independent third-party travel agencies, tour operators, and guides registered on the platform. Each agency is solely responsible for obtaining the requisite Moroccan tourist licenses, liability insurance, and ensuring passenger safety during trips.
Exclusion of Liability: Yallivo shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, delay, route alteration due to adverse weather or force majeure, cancellation by the operating agency, or property damage occurring during any excursion.
4. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
To reserve departures or manage agency operations, users must establish a Yallivo account:
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration data. Providing falsified identity or emergency details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Google OAuth Sign-In: You may register and authenticate using Google OAuth (“Continue with Google”). In doing so, you authorize Yallivo to verify your identity using your Google account name, verified email, and profile avatar in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must immediately notify Yallivo administration of any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations
The booking agreement is established directly between the traveler and the operating agency:
- Pricing & Currency: All trip prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or specified currencies inclusive of features indicated in the itinerary (transport, lodging, guides, meals).
- Payment Terms: Agencies may require cash-on-departure, bank transfer, or online payment records. Yallivo records payment status (e.g. pending, paid) on behalf of the agency.
- Cancellation & Refund Policies: Cancellation guidelines and refund eligibility are set by each individual organizing agency. Travelers must consult the specific cancellation window indicated on the trip page before reserving.
6. Acceptable Conduct & Restrictions
When using Yallivo, you agree not to:
- Make fraudulent or abusive trip bookings with no intention of attending.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Harass, intimidate, or post defamatory content in the social feed, trip comments, or bus playlists.
- Circumvent multi-tenant security measures to access private trip data belonging to other organizations.
- Misrepresent affiliation with an agency or post unauthorized excursions.
7. Right of Administration to Modify Terms at Any Time
The administration of Yallivo reserves the explicit, unilateral right to change, modify, update, replace, or retract these Terms of Service, or any part thereof, at any time without prior individual notification.
Such modifications take effect immediately upon being posted on this public page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued access to or use of the Yallivo platform following the publication of any modifications constitutes your explicit and irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
8. Termination & Account Deletion
Users may terminate their account at any time. You can delete your account by contacting our administrative team at [email protected].
Yallivo administration reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts or agency subscriptions immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or safety violations.
9. Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and commercial statutes of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
